(A) A proof of address (one of the following):
Applicants rations card, employer's certificate of reputable companies on the letterhead, water / telephone / electricity bill / ID account / income tax return order / Electoral commission identity card, connection bill A passport of the spouse, a copy of the parent in the case of minors (NOTE: If a candidate only ration card products as proof of address, must be accompanied by further proof of the above categories).
(B) Year of birth detection (one of the following):
Birth certificate, issued by an authority or a municipal district office of the birth and death registry; Date of the school's birth certificate that was last visited by the applicant or another recognized educational institution, or an affidavit that was sworn before a magistrate / notary indicating the date / place of birth after the Copy inANNEXURE "A" by the illiterate or semi-illiterate candidates,
N.B.:. In the case of applicants born on or after 26/01/89, only the birth certificate issued by the municipal council or the Office of the Registrar of Births and Death sentences is acceptable.
(C) Citizenship document, if the applicant is a citizen of India by registration or naturalization.

(E) If the applicant is entitled to "ECNR", a copy of the document attests (see column 15 of the INSTRUCTIONS AND GUIDELINES FOR COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM).
(F) If the applicant has returned in government expenses, you attach documents to show that the expenses incurred in their repatriation from the Government of India, Government of India, the State Department, have been fully reimbursed .
(G), the applicant was never sent to a company, so please include the emergency / pass certificate.
